Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days of purchase. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are based on your location within Canada:

Western Canada: $10.00 flat rate

Eastern Canada: $15.00 flat rate
All orders over $55 ship for free.*
Shipping to U.S. locations is based on standard shipping rates calculated at checkout. All duties, taxes and tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Delivery times will vary based on the carrier and destination but usually 1 - 5 business days.
RETURNS
At Jane The Brand, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product, we’re here to help.
Defective Product Returns:
- We only accept returns for items that are defective.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@janethebrand.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.
Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
