What is the Jane Birkin Effect?
The Jane Birkin Effect is all about effortless style, timeless beauty, and an iconic fashion influence. Named after the renowned actress and singer, this concept embodies the casual chic that our brand aspires to reflect in all of our products.
What if I only want one charm and not a full bundle?
At this time, we primarily offer charm sets. However, the charm bundles are not attached to one another. You can customize your look by adding only one charm to a bag or several. The possibilities are endless. The charms make the perfect gift as a bundle or separately. Follow us on our social media pages to keep up to date on all our new drops!
How do I secure the shoe charms to my shoes?
Our shoe charms are designed to easily clip onto most shoe styles. Simply open the hook and secure to your laces or the keeper-loop of the tongue of your shoes. Shoe charms can be added to not just your shoes but your bags and your Jane Chain.
Do you have other styles?
Yes! We’re constantly coming out with new styles and themed charm sets. Check back often to discover our new drop, or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new arrivals.
Do you take custom orders for charms?
Yes, we do! We are happy to talk to you about custom orders with a minimum quantity. Please reach out to us at hello@janethebrand.com, and we’ll be happy to discuss creating something special just for you.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@janethebrand.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.
What should I do if I received a defective item?
We apologize for any inconvenience! Please email hello@janethebrand.com within 14 days of receipt, and provide your order number, details about the defect, and any photos that may help us understand the issue.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, so please email us at hello@janethebrand.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to track your package’s progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and The United States. We hope to expand our shipping options soon! If you are located outside our current shipping area, please email us and we can calculate shipping for you.
