Defective Product Returns:
- We only accept returns for items that are defective.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@janethebrand.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.
Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
